01Accepting these terms
These terms govern your use of the website operated by Rythium Technologies LLP (“Rythium”, “we”, “us”), including all its pages, articles, tools, downloads and videos (together, the “site”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
02Who we are
Rythium Technologies LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its headquarters in Navi Mumbai. We provide independent advisory services on enterprise software licensing and AI procurement.
These terms cover the website only. When you engage us for advisory, training or other services, that work is governed by the engagement letter or agreement we sign with you. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
03Information, not advice
The articles, guides, videos, FAQs, examples and figures on this site are general information about software licensing, procurement and related topics. They are written carefully, but they are not advice for your circumstances.
- Every estate is different. Licensing outcomes depend on your contracts, ordering documents, deployment, history and negotiating position. Something true in general may not be true for you.
- Vendor rules change. Publishers revise their policies, metrics and price lists, sometimes without notice. Content reflects our understanding when it was written and may become out of date.
- Savings figures are illustrative. Case studies and savings examples describe past results for specific clients. They do not predict or guarantee what you will achieve.
- We are not lawyers. Nothing on this site is legal advice. For legal questions about a contract or dispute, take advice from a qualified lawyer.
Using the site, reading our content or sending us an enquiry does not create an advisory or professional relationship. That relationship starts only when we both sign an engagement agreement. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of site content without taking advice specific to your situation.
04Our content and how you may use it
The site and its content — text, articles, frameworks, diagrams, graphics, page designs, videos, training material and software — are owned by Rythium or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may
- view the site and print or save individual pages for your own reference or internal business use;
- share links to our pages freely;
- quote short extracts, with clear credit to Rythium and a link to the source page.
You may not, without our written permission
- republish, sell, rent or sub-license our content, in whole or in substantial part, on another website, in a publication or in a commercial product;
- use our content, frameworks or materials to deliver training, consulting or advisory services to others;
- remove or alter copyright notices, credits or trademarks;
- present our content as your own, or edit it in a way that changes its meaning.
Masterclass and training materials made available to registered participants are licensed for that participant's personal learning only, unless your training agreement says otherwise.
To ask for permission to use our content in other ways, contact us using the details in section 15.
05Trademarks and independence
Rythium, Euladox, the SAVE Review Program and our logos are trademarks of Rythium Technologies LLP. You may not use them without our prior written permission, other than to refer accurately to us.
Vendor names
Oracle, Java, Microsoft, Azure, Broadcom, VMware, IBM, Red Hat, Adobe, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Gemini and other product and company names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we advise on. Rythium is independent of every software publisher: we are not a partner, reseller or agent of any of them, and their names appearing here do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
06Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm us, the site or anyone else. In particular, you must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its vulnerability without our written permission;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or anything designed to disrupt, damage or overload the site;
- use automated tools to copy, scrape or harvest content or contact details in bulk, except as permitted below;
- send unsolicited marketing, spam or misleading messages through the site's forms;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with them;
- use the site for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or infringes anyone's rights.
Search engines and AI assistants. We welcome search engines and AI answer services indexing our public pages so that people can find and cite our work, in line with our robots.txt and llms.txt files. Indexing is not permission to republish our content in bulk or to offer it as a substitute for the site; the restrictions in section 4 still apply.
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
07Enquiries and what you send us
When you contact us through a form, email or booking tool, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
Please don't send confidential documents through the website. Do not upload or paste licence agreements, ordering documents, audit notices, deployment data or other commercially sensitive material into website forms or general email. Tell us what you need and we will set up a confidentiality agreement and a secure channel before you share anything sensitive.
We will treat your enquiry with discretion and handle any personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Formal duties of confidentiality, however, begin only under a signed confidentiality or engagement agreement.
If you send us comments, ideas or suggestions about the site or our services, you agree that we may use them freely, without obligation to you. This does not apply to confidential information shared under an agreement with us.
08Third-party links and content
The site may link to, or embed content from, websites and services we do not control — such as publishers' documentation, news sources, professional networks and video platforms like YouTube. We provide these for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of a third-party site is governed by its own terms.
You may link to our home page or any public page, provided you do so fairly and lawfully and do not suggest any association, approval or endorsement that does not exist. You may not frame the site or display it within another website.
09Availability and changes to the site
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice, for business or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted, or free of errors or viruses. You are responsible for using your own virus protection and keeping your systems secure.
10Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate, current or fit for any particular purpose, and we exclude all implied conditions and warranties that may otherwise apply.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rythium, its partners, employees and associates will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site, or your reliance on any of its content — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. In particular, we will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, contracts or goodwill;
- licence fees, back-support, penalties or settlements payable to a software publisher;
- loss or corruption of data;
- any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.
12Your responsibility to us
You agree to compensate Rythium for any reasonable losses, costs and claims that arise directly from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, including reasonable legal costs.
13Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services or how the site works. The current version will always be on this page. Please check it whenever you use the site; by continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the revised terms.
14Governing law and general terms
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the site, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [Mumbai, Maharashtra] have exclusive jurisdiction, although we may also bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.
The site is operated from India and is intended for business users. If you access it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not waive it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
