Transitioning to Rythium

Onboarding of customers goes through a rigorous transitioning process. These processes are both for our Premium Gold Services as well as Third-Party Support Services.
Engagement plan is discussed and finalized with customer.
Customer provides access to their environment through a secure connection layer.
Secure storage set up and configured.
Rythium’s proprietary Trouble Ticketing application will be installed. Users will be added to the application for access to the Service Requests and workflows.
Patch Archive will be created.
License Deployment Analysis of all Oracle software will be conducted.
An Oracle CMDB with application, ownership, data dependencies, patch levels will be created.
Health check will be conducted on all databases & application servers.
The CMD with the health check data incorporated will be signed off between the client and Rythium.
Rythium will be ready to take over the DBA activities per the service contract.
